Amanda R. Coolidge

Profile

Ms. Coolidge focuses on civil litigation, practicing in the areas of medical malpractice and workers’ compensation. Ms. Coolidge regularly represents clients in the defense of personal injury and wrongful death claims, and defends employers in workers’ compensation claims. Ms. Coolidge also has experience in healthcare-related professional liability cases, including the defense of physicians, nurses, hospitals, long-term care and assisted living facilities. Ms. Coolidge's practice is not limited to litigation, as she also counsels clients on regulatory compliance, provides insurance coverage opinions, and effectuates settlements involving Medicare set-asides (MSAs).

Her unique background as a Trauma/Burn ICU nurse and an RN case manager assists her in defending against medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, and other personal injury claims, as well as healthcare-related professional liability cases
