Ms. Hall focuses her practice on general civil litigation, taking a pragmatic approach to representing individuals, businesses, and municipalities in a broad range of litigation and pre-litigation matters. Her experience includes contract disputes, business torts, employment discrimination and retaliation, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, police civil liability, wrongful death, and governmental immunity and liability issues.

As a former business owner, Ms. Hall brings a unique and practical perspective to her legal practice. She understands the operational challenges faced by employers and provides counsel on a wide array of employment issues, including internal investigations, employee hiring, discipline, and termination, workplace accommodations, and restrictive covenants such as non-competition and non-solicitation agreements. In addition, Ms. Hall regularly reviews policies and employee handbooks for legal sufficiency and compliance with evolving federal and state laws. Her background also includes public relations, risk management, marketing strategy, business formation, and negotiating commercial sales agreements.
