He is an agent for First American and Mississippi Valley Title Insurance companies and routinely issues owners and lenders policies on both commercial and residential property. He represents commercial lenders in collecting from delinquent borrowers. He represents creditor clients in foreclosure proceedings and in bankruptcy court.
