Two Lanier Ford attorneys participated in Federal Bar Association event
Three Lanier Ford attorneys participated in the 48th Annual Labor and Acquisition Law Symposia sponsored by the North Alabama Chapter of the Federal Bar Association (NAFBA) and held December 2 through 4, 2020.
Lauren Smith participated in Supervising in the Time of COVID-19, a symposium that addressed such issues as return-to-work policies, masking, effectively supervising remote employees, and handling requests for workplace accommodations.
Ambria Lankford presented the 2020 Ethics Update, which addressed the American Bar Association’s Model Rules of Professional Conduct. Using examples and mock scenarios, Ms. Lankford provided insights into the application of the model rules to situations confronted by attorneys in federal practice.
