- What constitutes a covered employer, qualified individual, and actual disability under the ADA.
- How to identify and prevent discrimination and harassment based on disability, perceived disability, or association with a disabled individual.
- How to engage in the interactive process and assess whether an employee may be reasonably accommodated.
