Profile

Scott’s practice is focused on civil litigation. Since joining the firm, he’s defended businesses, individuals, and municipalities in cases involving, breach of contract, civil rights, employment law, patent law, and personal injuries. A former law clerk, Scott is comfortable handling cases federal court. He’s participated in federal cases at all stages of litigation and clearly understands the roads clients must travel through the court system.
