Two Lanier Ford attorneys are lawyers to watch for 2021

To be included in Best Lawyers in America is a signal accomplishment, but Best Lawyers is now identifying younger attorneys who are exhibiting outstanding professional excellence early in their careers. Best Lawyers calls them “Ones to Watch,” and they have typically been in practice from 5 to 9 years.
For the 2021 edition of The Best Lawyers in America, three Lanier Ford attorneys have been put on the Ones-to-Watch list:
- Lauren B. Houseknecht in the areas of alternative dispute resolution and personal injury litigation (on behalf of defendants).
- W. Ty Stafford in the areas of intellectual property law and real estate law.
The methodology by which Best Lawyers puts young attorneys on its watch list is the same as that used for more experienced attorneys being named a Best Lawyer: peer-review. That’s because Best Lawyers believes the best resource to provide feedback on the caliber of work performed by an attorney is his or her peers.
