Lanier Ford welcomes back Laura Harper as shareholder

Lanier Ford Shaver & Payne P.C. proudly announces that Laura Harper, an experienced corporate, transactional, and estate lawyer, has rejoined the firm as a shareholder.
Ms. Harper is a Huntsville native who began her career as an associate at Lanier Ford. She then served as in-house counsel at HudsonAlpha, joined a law firm in Seattle as a partner, and opened a solo practice before re-joining the firm. Laura’s practice will focus on corporate transactions such as formations, financings, and mergers and acquisitions.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with her as she began her legal career,” said Graham Burgess, President of Lanier Ford and a shareholder in the Real Estate Practice Group. “The experience she’s gained will be a great asset to our corporate clients.
