New associate Andrew Toler welcomed to firm

On August 23, 2021, Lanier Ford welcomed its newest associate attorney:  Andrew T. Toler.  

Mr. Toler received his law degree from the University of Alabama Law School in 2020 and his B.A. in history from Mississippi State University in 2016.  He joins the firm after a judicial clerkship with U.S. District Judge Karon O. Bowdre of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.

Mr. Toler’s practice will focus on general civil litigation in which he will defend municipalities, businesses, and individuals against a variety of claims.  He has experience involving such areas as federal civil rights, employment discrimination, breach of contract, complex commercial and shareholder litigation, and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).
