Zoie C. Cain
Mrs. Cain practices general civil litigation. She represents municipalities, businesses, and individuals in a wide range of litigation matters in cases involving police civil-liability, breach of contract, personal injury, and property damage.
Before joining Lanier Ford, Mrs. Cain clerked in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi. There, she handled federal lawsuits in several areas of law, including federal civil rights, employment discrimination, breach of contract, and insurance disputes. As a result, she is comfortable practicing in federal trial courts.
In her free time, Mrs. Cain enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, yoga, and cheering on the Mississippi State Bulldogs and Minnesota Vikings with her husband.
