W. Ty Stafford

Mr. Stafford is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group where he focuses on all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Stafford handles all areas of residential real estate transactions, including advising realtors and individuals on contract language, issuing title insurance, and handling the closing process from start to finish. He prides himself on making the process as smooth as possible for his clients so that closing day is stress-free.

Mr. Stafford also represents a variety of lenders in connection with residential loans, commercial loans, and small-business loans. He has experience with a wide variety of transactions, from individually owned small businesses to complex multi-million-dollar commercial deals. Mr. Stafford also prepares commercial and residential leases, loan documents, real estate contracts, and conveyance documents related to all types of real estate interests. He also advises clients about general contract work and entity formation.
