Chad W. Ayres
Mr. Ayres’ practice is focused on commercial real estate law and financial transactions associated with real estate. He regularly prepares and reviews leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants. Mr. Ayres represents sellers, purchasers and lenders on commercial real estate transactions as well as lenders on transactions secured by collateral other than real property. He further assists clients with the negotiations of franchise agreements, particularly in the quick-serve restaurant industry.
