Adam K. Woelke

A native of Madison, Mr. Woelke, is a member of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Group.

Since joining the firm, he has assisted insurance companies and other businesses defend workers’ compensation, retaliatory discharge, wrongful death, breach of contract, indemnification demands, and other miscellaneous civil claims. For plaintiffs, Mr. Woelke has assisted with collections of outstanding debts in construction projects and breach-of-contract actions. In the past, Mr. Woelke has assisted individuals and businesses with various corporate transactions such as asset sales, corporate conversions and restructurings, and other commercial and business related transactions. He has also assisted clients with their estate plans by preparing wills, powers of attorney, and advance health directives.
