
McKala R. Troxler
Profile
Ms. Troxler’s practice is primarily focused on education law and civil rights. She assists school boards across Alabama with a variety of legal issues, including special education claims under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, employment disputes, and modern constitutional issues within schools.
As a former public school teacher, Ms. Troxler understands the difficulties that teachers and school administrators face each day. She seeks to provide school officials with the legal knowledge they need to both support students and maintain a school environment conducive to learning. Ms. Troxler strives to provide her clients with a personable experience that will maximize their time educating students and minimize time spent resolving legal issues.
