Stephanie M. Gushlaw


Ms. Gushlaw’s practice is concentrated in the area of general civil litigation.  She regularly prepares discovery requests, pleadings, motions for summary judgment, and questions for direct and cross examination during depositions and at trial.  She has experience in the following areas:  employment discrimination, wrongful termination, breach of contract, personal injury, medical malpractice, and municipal law.  She is also knowledgeable about Federal evidentiary issues.

As a former business owner, she brings a unique perspective to her law practice with practical insights into screening, interviewing, and hiring job applicants; training and managing employees; and discharging employees. She also has experience in public relations, creating marketing plans, forming small businesses, and sales agreements.
