Mr. Rich’s practice focuses on commercial litigation. His experience includes favorable results in various suits including construction and defense contracting. Mr. Rich has also dealt with a variety of employment and civil rights issues, including accessibility issues under Title III of the Americans with Disability Act, pay issues under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and termination issues under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.
In addition to his main practice, Mr. Rich frequently advises clients and other attorneys on the application of both the Alabama and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
