Tracy Marion becomes shareholder
On January 26, 2016, Tracy A. Marion became a shareholder in the Lanier Ford law firm. He graduated cum laude from the Cumberland School of Law in 2006 and became associated with Lanier Ford in 2014. He regularly represents and advises clients in a wide variety of business-related subjects, from intellectual property and creditor rights to securities and federal government contracting.
A member of both the Alabama and Georgia bars, he represents clients before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. Court of International Trade. Among other things, Mr. Marion has represented business and corporate clients in disputes involving trademarks, copyrights, patents, bid protests, revocation of security clearances, breach of contact, business torts, fraud, non-competition and non-solicitation covenants, creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, and alleged violations of broker-dealer regulations.
