Bob Bailey becomes fellow in American Bar Foundation
On March 19, 2015, Robert N. Bailey was elected a fellow in the American Bar Foundation. Created by the American Bar Association over 60 years ago, the American Bar Foundation serves the legal profession, the public, and the academy through providing empirical research, publications, and programs that advance justice and the understanding of law and its effect on society. Mr. Bailey was elected a fellow because of his exemplary dedication to the profession, commitment to the work of the American Bar Foundation, and support for the ideals and objectives of the American Bar Association.
Bob Bailey is a shareholder and a civil defense trial attorney. He represents healthcare providers and nursing homes in medical liability cases. He defends trucking companies, insurance carriers, insureds, and businesses in injury-related lawsuits. He has represented clients in Alabama state trial courts, federal trial courts, and arbitration. He is also the author of The Professor, a novel about one of legendary Coach Paul “Bear” Bryant’s football players turned law professor.
